CS / related students or self-taught builders with a portfolio or GitHub.
- Own a scoped feature end-to-end with review
- Work in the firm stack (Next.js, TypeScript, modern APIs)
- Join demos — progress is shown, not buried in tickets
Product Design
8–12 weeksInterfaces, systems, and motion for lab products and the firm site.
Design students or juniors with a strong visual portfolio.
- Design product and marketing surfaces with craft
- Work next to engineering on motion and polish
- Help grow a living design language across lanes
Ops & Growth
8–12 weeksPartnerships, content, and operating rhythms inside a product lab.
Business / communications students who write clearly.
- Support partnerships, journal, and go-to-market notes
- Keep operating rhythms clear for builders
- Ship writing and research the firm can reuse
